SPONSOR: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by ‘WCIU, The U,’ whose corporate address is 26 N. Halsted, Chicago, Illinois 60661 (the "Sponsor").

ENTRY. A purchase is not required to enter or win one (1) of (4) trips to Four Winds Casino in New Buffalo, Michigan or one (1) of twenty eight (28) Daily Prizes of $150 gift card to Copper Rock Steakhouse at Four Winds Casino. The Sweepstakes begins Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 6:00 PM and ends Thursday, March 3, 2016 at 5:59 PM unless extended by ‘WCIU, The U.’ To participate, viewers must watch either the 6PM or 6:30PM episodes of ‘Mike & Molly’ during the Sweepstakes period on ‘WCIU, The U’ for their chance to win. Entrants have up to two (2) chances to enter each day. Each day, two (2) different Code Words of the Day will be shown between 6 PM and 6:59 PM. To enter the Sweepstakes, viewers must submit the Code Word within 24 hours of the start of each show the following day. Only one (1) entry per person, per code word, per email address, per day will be accepted. Thirty two (32) winners will be selected using a computer software winner selection tool from all eligible entries.

Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or mutilated entries, including due to technical/network failures, human error, or any other error or malfunction. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.

Entrants agree not to upload, post or transmit any materials which contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan Horses or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the rights to seek damages from any person who makes such attempt(s).

Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted by an individual or authorized account holder of an e-mail address shall be determined by Weigel Broadcasting Co. in its sole discretion, and Weigel Broadcasting Co. reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY. The Mike & Molly Four Winds Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Illinois who live in the Chicago DMA, as defined by Nielsen, and are age 21 years or older. Travel partner must also be 21 years old or older to participate in this Sweepstakes. Employees of ‘WCIU, The U,’ Weigel Broadcasting Co., Four Winds Casino, Copper Rock Steakhouse, their advertising agencies, consultants, franchisees, suppliers, (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties”), family members are not eligible to enter or win. In addition, individuals who share a common household with an employee of a Sweepstakes Party or who are in any kind of domestic relationship or partnership with an employee of a Sweepstakes Party (e.g., boyfriends, girlfriends, fiancé, roommates) are not eligible to enter or win this Sweepstakes. Sponsor shall be the sole judge of what constitutes a domestic relationship or partnership in the event of a dispute.

PRIZES. Four (4) winners will be awarded the Grand Prize, a trip to Four Winds Casino for one (1) night, a $200 gift card to Copper Rock Steakhouse, valued at $399. Each Grand Prize winner will be selected from each weekly entry pool, Thursday-Wednesday each week during the Sweepstakes Period. Twenty eight (28) Daily Winners will be selected to win one (1) $150 gift card to Copper Rock Steakhouse. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries. Once notified, the winners will have three (3) business days to claim their Prize. If a winner fails to claim their Prize, it will result in the forfeiture of the Prize and a new drawing may be held from the remaining eligible entries at the discretion of ‘WCIU, The U.’ Prize winners must possess a valid picture ID to claim their Prize. Winners havw seven (7) business days to respond to the New Lenox Travel representative beginning the first day that they are notified that their travel documents are released.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. These Prizes are non-transferable and travel must be completed by the date indicated on the Prize voucher and terms & conditions. Travel plans must be made exactly according to the voucher provided by Four Winds Casino and the other prize providers. Prize dates cannot be extended. The winner and their travel companion must be 21 years of age or older at the time of Prize acceptance. Prizes are subject to black-out dates and terms and conditions of the Prize provider. Travel must be complete by December 28, 2016. There will be no substitute or cash redemption awarded to any Sweepstakes winner. All income and other taxes are the responsibility of the winners. By entering, the winner is consenting to the use of their name, likeness, and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. Winner is responsible for income and other taxes on the Prizes. Winners and their travel companion will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and Letter of Indemnification within three (3) business days of notification of being a winner. Prize winner must complete a 1099 form. Failure to comply with the rules and conditions of the Sweepstakes may result in a forfeiture of Prize. Taxes on these prizes will be applied to the 2016 tax year.

MISCELLANEOUS. The decisions made by ‘WCIU, The U,’ concerning any and all matters with respect to this promotion shall be final. In the event of a computer, telephone failure, or any other circumstances beyond the control of ‘WCIU, The U,’ where it becomes impracticable to award one or more prizes, ‘WCIU, The U,’ may, in its sole and absolute discretion, determine not to award any such Prize. If you wish to receive the names of Sweepstakes Prize winners, you must send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ‘Mike & Molly Four Winds – Feb 16, 26 N. Halsted, Chicago, IL 60661. ‘WCIU, The U’ must receive any request for the winners’ names no later than October 20, 2016.
