Ultimate Chicago Fan Package (the “Sweepstakes”)

SPONSOR: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by ‘WCIU, The U,’ whose corporate address is 26 N. Halsted, Chicago, Illinois 60661 (the "Sponsor").

ENTRY. A purchase is not required to enter or win one (1) Ultimate Chicago Fan Package. The Sweepstakes begins Monday, October 31, 2016 at 6:30 PM and ends Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at 12:00 PM unless extended by ‘WCIU, The U.’ To participate, viewers must watch either the Monday Night Now Pregame Show on WCIU, The U at 6:30 PM or the Post Game Show immediately following the football game for one (1) of the two (2) code words that will be aired. The first code word will air in the Pregame Show and the second code word will air in the Postgame Show. Entrants have up to two (2) chances to enter, one (1) with each code word. To enter the Sweepstakes, viewers must submit either one (1) or both code words by 12 PM on November 1, 2016. Only one (1) entry per person, per code word will be accepted. Each viewer has a maximum allowance of two (2) entries, one (1) for each code word. One (1) winner will be selected using a computer software winner selection tool from all eligible entries.

Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or mutilated entries, including due to technical/network failures, human error, or any other error or malfunction. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.

Entrants agree not to upload, post or transmit any materials which contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan Horses or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the rights to seek damages from any person who makes such attempt(s).

Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted by an individual or authorized account holder of an e-mail address shall be determined by Weigel Broadcasting Co. in its sole discretion, and Weigel Broadcasting Co. reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY. The Ultimate Chicago Fan Package Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Illinois who live in the Chicago DMA, as defined by Nielsen, and are age 21 years or older. Employees of ‘WCIU, The U,’ Weigel Broadcasting Co., New Lenox Travel, their advertising agencies, consultants, franchisees, suppliers, (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties”), family members are not eligible to enter or win. In addition, individuals who share a common household with an employee of a Sweepstakes Party or who are in any kind of domestic relationship or partnership with an employee of a Sweepstakes Party (e.g., boyfriends, girlfriends, fiancé, roommates) are not eligible to enter or win this Sweepstakes. Sponsor shall be the sole judge of what constitutes a domestic relationship or partnership in the event of a dispute. Any entrant who enters more than the allotted amount as specified in Section One will be disqualified. Only one email address per person to enter.

PRIZES. One (1) winner will be awarded a two (2) night hotel stay at a downtown hotel, a $100 gift card towards dinner and $150 towards luxury car service. Total Prize valued at $750.00. Once notified, the winners will have until the close of the business day (5:00 PM) on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 to claim their Prize. If a winner fails to claim their Prize, it will result in the forfeiture of the Prize and a new drawing may be held from the remaining eligible entries at the discretion of ‘WCIU, The U.’ Prize winners must possess a valid picture ID to claim their Prize. The Prize winner will be announced by Thursday, November 3, 2016 on ‘You & Me’ on WCIU, The U.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. This Prize is non-transferable and is subject to all terms and conditions specified on the Prize vouchers. Prizes are not valid with any other offer, coupon, discount or preferred rates. Winners must submit a valid credit card to the Sheraton Hotel at the time of check-in. There will be no substitute or cash redemption awarded to any Sweepstakes winner. All income and other taxes are the responsibility of the winners. By entering, the winner is consenting to the use of their name, likeness, and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. Winner is responsible for income and other taxes on the Prizes. The winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and Letter of Indemnification within three (3) business days of acceptance of being a winner. Prize winner must complete a 1099 form. Failure to comply with the rules and conditions of the Sweepstakes may result in a forfeiture of Prize. Taxes on these prizes will be applied to the 2016 tax year.

MISCELLANEOUS. The decisions made by ‘WCIU, The U,’ concerning any and all matters with respect to this promotion shall be final. In the event of a computer, telephone failure, or any other circumstances beyond the control of ‘WCIU, The U,’ where it becomes impracticable to award one or more prizes, ‘WCIU, The U,’ may, in its sole and absolute discretion, determine not to award any such Prize. 'WCIU, The U' may make modifications, or cancel this Sweepstakes, at any time. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, penalized or otherwise restricted by law. If you wish to receive the names of Sweepstakes Prize winner, you must send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ‘Ultimate Chicago Fan Package Oct 16, 26 N. Halsted, Chicago, IL 60661. ‘WCIU, The U’ must receive any request for the winner's name no later than March 20, 2017.
