Official Rules

SPONSOR This Sweepstakes is sponsored by MeTV National Limited Partnership (“MeTV”), whose corporate address is 26 N. Halsted, Chicago, Illinois 60661 (the "Sponsor"). ENTRY. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. A purchase is not required to enter or win any prize. Participants may enter for a chance to win one (1) of seven (7) $200 cash prizes (“Daily Giveaway”) and/or one (1) of one (1) $1,000 cash prize (“Grand Prize”). The Sweepstakes begins Saturday, December 16, 2017, at 12:00 AM EST and ends Friday. December 22, 2017, at 11:59 PM EST (“Sweepstakes Period”) unless extended by MeTV. To participate, participants must visit www.metv.com and complete an online form to register and submit a Code Word for their chance to win at www.metv.com/metv-com-daily-dollars. A unique Code Word will be displayed each day for a seven day period on various sections of the www.metv.com website, with a total of seven (7) distinct Code Words to be displayed during the course of the Sweepstakes Period. The Code Words will also be available on a daily basis at the following URL: www.metv.com/dailydollarscodeword. The placement of each Code Word will be at the discretion of MeTV. One (1) Code Word will appear each day within the 24 hour period commencing at 3:00 AM EST and ending at 2:59 AM EST the following calendar day, with the following exceptions (1) the first day will commence at 12:00 AM EST (not 3:00 AM EST) on December 16, 2017; and (2) the last day will end at 11:59 PM EST (not 2:59 AM EST the following calendar day) the same calendar day it began on December 22, 2017 “(Daily Code Time Period”) . To enter the Sweepstakes, viewers must submit the unique daily Code Word at www.metv.com/metv-com-daily-dollars by the end of the Daily Code Time Period for the specific Code Word. Only one (1) entry per person, per daily unique Code Word, per day will be accepted. Participants can enter for each of the seven (7) Code Words during the Sweepstakes Period. Participants must enter the unique Daily Code Word on the specified Code Words designated day. Seven (7) Daily Giveaway winners and one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing during the Sweepstakes Period. There will be one (1) Daily Giveaway winner for each Code Word and one (1) Grand Prize winner across all eligible entries received.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, or mutilated entries, including due to technical/network failures, human error, or any other error or malfunction. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.

Participants agree not to upload, post or transmit any materials which contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan Horses, or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personal information. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Sponsor reserves the rights to seek damages from any person who makes such attempt(s).

Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted by an individual or authorized account holder of an e-mail address shall be determined by MeTV in its sole discretion, and MeTV reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are age 18 years or older as of the date of entry. The Sweepstakes is void outside of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and/or where prohibited, penalized, or otherwise restricted by law. Employees of MeTV, Weigel Broadcasting Co., their advertising agencies, consultants, franchisees, suppliers, (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties”), and their family members are not eligible to enter or win. In addition, individuals who share a common household with an employee of a Sweepstakes Party or who are in any kind of domestic relationship or partnership with a Sweepstakes Party or an employee thereof (e.g., boyfriends, girlfriends, fiancés, roommates, domestic partnerships) are not eligible to enter or win this Sweepstakes. Sponsor shall be the sole judge of what constitutes a domestic relationship or partnership in the event of a dispute.

PRIZES. Seven (7) Daily Giveaway winners will win a $200 Visa Gift Card, valued at $200, and one (1) Grand Prize winner will win a $1,000 Visa Gift Card, valued at $1,000. Odds of winning a Daily Giveaway will be determined by the total number of eligible entries for each distinct Code Word. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will be determined by the total number of eligible entries during the Sweepstakes Period. Once notified via a phone call to the phone number submitted in the online registration form, the winners will have five (5) business days to claim their Prize. If a winner fails to claim their Prize, it will result in the forfeiture of the Prize and a new drawing may be held from the remaining eligible entries at the discretion of MeTV. Prize winners must provide a valid picture ID to Weigel by e-mail or fax to claim their Prize. Prizes will be in a Visa Gift Card available between ten (10) to fifteen (15) days after the Prize is claimed. Prizes will be mailed to the applicable winner’s address listed on their online registration form.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. These Prizes are non-transferable and are subject to all terms & conditions specified by MeTV. There will be no substitute or cash redemption awarded to any Prize winners. All prizes will be awarded in the form of a Visa Gift Card and may not be cashed by the Sponsor. Visa Gift Cards may not be picked up in person. Prizes may be sent via US Mail or UPS at the expense of the Sponsor with the possibility of a signature required. All income and other taxes are the responsibility of the winners. By accepting a Prize, the winners are consenting to the use of their name, likeness, and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration, unless prohibited by law. Names and e-mail addresses of Sweepstakes participants may be used for future marketing solicitations by Sponsor, unless the participant opts out of such marketing uses.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. Winners are responsible for income and other taxes on the Prizes. Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and Letter of Indemnification within three (3) business days of notification of being a winner. Prize winners must complete a W9 form and submit a copy of a valid form of government issued identification. Failure to comply with the rules and conditions of the Sweepstakes may result in a forfeiture of Prize.

MeTV and Sweepstakes Parties explicitly disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Parties shall not be liable or responsible for those guarantees or warranties made or offered by advertisers, partners, manufacturers, or suppliers, including those related to the Prizes. Under no circumstances shall the Sponsor and/or Sweepstakes Parties be held responsible or liable for use of the information and/or products supplied and/or made available through the promotion or for errors or anomalies resulting in the unintended or erroneous participation, award of any Prize, or other benefits under the jurisdiction of these Sweepstakes rules.

The Sponsor and Sweepstakes Parties offer no assurances, warranties, or guarantees that the promotion in any media, including but not limited to on-air, text/mobile phones, and websites, will be uninterrupted or error-free and do not promise the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through this Sweepstakes. The Sponsor and Sweepstakes Parties will not be liable, and are not responsible, for damages of any sort connected to participation in or inability/failure to participate in the sweepstakes, whether the damages are direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential.

MISCELLANEOUS. The decisions made by MeTV, concerning any and all matters with respect to this promotion shall be final. In the event of a computer, telephone failure, or any other circumstances beyond the control of MeTV, where it becomes impracticable to award one or more prizes, MeTV, may, in its sole and absolute discretion, determine not to award any such Prize. Halsted, Chicago, IL 60661. MeTV must receive any request for the winners’ names no later than June 30, 2018.
