NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification.

SPONSORThis Sweepstakes is sponsored by ‘WCIU, The U,’ 26 N. Halsted, Chicago, Illinois 60661 (the "Sponsor"), which is solely responsible for the conduct of this Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, all participants and prize winner agree that Chula Vista Resort, their partnerships, subsidiaries and affiliates and each of such entities’ respective officers, directors, agents and employees are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, illness, litigation or damage that may occur from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes. In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these official rules, participants agree that the dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of Illinois and that it shall be resolved by and within the state or federal courts of that state.

ENTRY. A purchase is not required to enter or win a two (2) night stay in a two (2) bedroom Rio Condominium, six (6) Water Park Passes and four (4) $25 dining vouchers (the “Prize”). ‘You & Me & Chula Vista Resort’ Sweepstakes begins Monday, June 15, 2015 at 12:00 AM CDT and ends Friday, June 19, 2015 at 12:00 PM CDT unless extended by ‘WCIU, The U.’ To enter the Sweepstakes, viewers must do so at WCIU.com and complete an online form to register. Only one (1) entry per person, per email address, per 24 hour period will be accepted (12AM-11:59PM). One (1) winner will be randomly selected using a computer software winner selection tool from all eligible online entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or mutilated entries, including due to technical/network failures, human error, or any other error or malfunction. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void.

Entrants agree not to upload, post or transmit any materials which contain any computer viruses, Easter eggs, worms, Trojan Horses or other harmful component or programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the rights to seek damages from any person who makes such attempt(s).

Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted by an individual or authorized account holder of an e-mail address shall be determined by ‘WCIU, The U’ in its sole discretion, and ‘WCIU, The U’ reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY. ‘You & Me & Chula Vista Resort’ Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Illinois and Indiana who live in the Chicagoland television viewing area (as defined by A.C. Nielsen) and are 21 years of age or older. Employees of ‘WCIU, The U,’ Chula Vista Resort, their advertising agencies, consultants, franchisees, suppliers, (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties”) are not eligible to enter or win, nor are such employees’ family members. In addition, individuals who share a common household with an employee of a Sweepstakes Party or who are in any kind of domestic relationship or partnership with an employee of a Sweepstakes Party (e.g., boyfriends, girlfriends, fiancé, roommates) are not eligible to enter or win this Sweepstakes. Sponsor shall be the sole judge of what constitutes a domestic relationship or partnership in the event of a dispute.

PRIZES. One (1) winner will be awarded a two (2) night stay in a two (2) bedroom Rio Condominium, six (6) Water Park Passes and four (4) $25 dining vouchers, valued at $898. Winner will be selected and notified on Friday, June 19, 2015 at 12 PM CDT. Winner will be first notified via the email address on their entry, followed up by a phone call to the phone number listed on their entry. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of correct eligible entries. Once notified, the winner will have until Friday, June 26, 2015 at 4 PM CDT to claim their Prize. If a winner fails to claim their Prize, it will result in the forfeiture of the Prize and a new drawing may be held from the remaining eligible entries at the discretion of ‘WCIU, The U.’ Prize Winner must possess a valid picture ID to claim their Prize.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS & CONDITIONS. The Prizes are non-transferable and will be delivered no later than seven (7) days from the date that such Prize is awarded at the expense of Weigel Broadcasting Co. to the winner via UPS Ground with signature required. The Chula Vista Resort stay must be booked following the terms & conditions listed on the prize voucher. Prize is subject to black-out dates and terms and conditions of the Prize provider. Prizes are valid Sunday through Thursday, now through March 1, 2016 with the following exceptions: certificates not valid during holiday periods, July 12, 2015 through August 16, 2015 and other high occupancy dates as determined by Chula Vista Resort. Prize Winner must present a valid credit card in the winner’s own name to Chula Vista Resort at the time of check in to cover any incidentals. There will be no substitute or cash redemption awarded to any Sweepstakes winner. All income and other taxes are the responsibility of the winner. By entering, the winner is consenting to the use of their name, likeness, and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration, including any in studio appearances.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. Winner is responsible for income and other taxes on the Prizes. Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Publicity Release and Letter of Indemnification within seven (7) business day of notification of being a winner. Prize winner must complete a 1099 form. Failure to comply with the rules and conditions of the Sweepstakes may result in a forfeiture of Prize.

MISCELLANEOUS. The decisions made by ‘WCIU, The U,’ concerning any and all matters with respect to this promotion shall be final. In the event of a computer, telephone failure, or any other circumstances beyond the control of ‘WCIU, The U,’ where it becomes impracticable to award one or more prizes, ‘WCIU, The U,’ may, in its sole and absolute discretion, determine not to award any such Prize. Halsted, Chicago, IL 60661. ‘WCIU, The U’ must receive any request for the Winner’s name no later than September 11, 2015.
